What will I be doing?

  • The monitoring and evaluation volunteer will support this important aspect of Baytree’s work by working closely with the M&E Officer to assess the Centre’s programmes and monitor their impact and outcomes for Baytree’s service users.
  • You'll be teaming up with the M&E Officer to:. Help make our monitoring and evaluation processes even better for all our services.
  • Explore innovative methods to gather data. Coordinate and guide fun focus groups and interviews with our awesome service users. Support service users in filling out questionnaires. Tell inspiring stories through case studies. Craft insightful reports based on our discoveries.

Commitment

  • Time Commitment: 2 - 4 days per week between Monday – Thursday. Hours: 10 am – 6 pm.
  • Duration: From 4 to 6 months, with flexibility for longer if required.
