Summary of request

Dear Mayor’s Office for Policing and Crime,

I would like to make a freedom of information request regarding reports of letters, packages and post being stolen.

1.) I would like to know how may cases of stolen letters, packages and post you have dealt with from the postal codes below in the period of 1st January 2017 to the 1st January 2018.

The postal codes I am looking into are: TW9, DA5, KT1, SM1, HA1, E15, SW14, NW7, DA9, N13

I would like all this information displayed in Microsoft Excel or a comparable data inputting format.

1A.) Can I please have this information broken down by postal code. Eg: TW9 stolen letters 9, stolen packages 8 etc

1B.) For each of these postal codes how many of these items were stolen from outside the victims house/flat/business etc, how many were stolen from inside the victims house/flat/business etc and how many were stolen whilst being delivered to the victim.

1C.) for each of these postal codes how many of these stolen items were delivered by Royal Mail and how many were delivered by an independent courier (Eg Amazon)

1D.) For each of these postal codes how many of these cases were resolved

1E.) For each of these postal codes how many victims received some form of compensation for their loss.
