Site description
The site is located on Algar Road in Isleworth, adjacent to number 47 and 51.
It is approximately 0.9 miles to the south east of Isleworth Station, which is served by regular South Western Railway trains to London Waterloo, Weybridge and Mortlake. The local bus network is accessible from nearby South Street, Twickenham Road and Richmond Road.
The predominant use in the surrounding area is residential, with a number of schools, nurseries and a leisure centre within 0.5 miles radius of the subject site.
In total, the site is approximately 0.086 acres (0.035 ha) in size and comprises a row of four garages, hardstanding and amenity grassland. The site is bound by a freestanding brick wall and the side walls of both a large detached house and a semi-detached property to the north. The eastern site boundary runs alongside Algar Road with two residential houses on the opposite side. A public pedestrian pathway sits to the south of the site. The back garden of a residential property and a religious hall fronting onto Byfield Road border the site from the west.

We are looking for proposals of high quality, which bring creative ways of overcoming constraints and building the proposed scheme with a minimum of 100% affordable housing, subject to planning and in line with the contracts. Bidders are asked to return one ITT response with supporting information for all 5 sites and complete the submission proforma for the sites individually.
