How to volunteer at major events
London is a great city for events and our Team London Ambassadors are there to make sure everyone feels welcome.
Since the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic games, Team London Ambassadors have supported countless major sporting, cultural and celebration events across the capital. In recent years, our volunteers have supported UEFA EURO 2020, UEFA Women’s EURO 2022, FIA Formula E, Major League Baseball and the King’s Coronation.
Our volunteers also play a key role in the Mayor of London’s celebrations, including St George’s Day, Black on the Square, St Patrick's Day, and Eid in the Square, to name just a few.
Each year hundreds of volunteers take part in this programme, supporting the delivery of events, learning new skills, gaining unique experiences and making friends along the way.
It's wonderful to see London's full of colour, excitement, and diversity of people from within and external to the city. It's great to be part of this!
