Information about setting up of an MPS unit to track internet trolls

Request for recorded infomation on the following:

• Any/all documentation which would describe the geographical area where this "special unit" would have jurisdiction to operate.
• Complete details of its funding inclusive of any private or corporate donations.
• Any/all documentation which would describe the management structure of the "special unit".
• The oversight body responsible for monitoring this special unit in relation to the Law and rights of the individual.
• Any and all documentation which is in place (or proposed) to protect the rights of the individual.
• The authority in law by which this special unit has been set up.
