I would like to request a list of all the instances when Deputy Mayor for Policing and Crime has made an application to the Home Secretary for a Certificate of Forfeiture to be issued.
For each application i would like to know:
-the date of the application
-reason for application
-if the certificate of forfeiture was granted by the home office / if it was refused
-the rank of the officer
