1.1. The current PSA with Heathrow Airport Limited is due to expire on the 31 March 2017. This paper requests approval to extend this PSA by a further 12 months.

3.1 The cost of the PSA will be met by Heathrow Airport Limited.

3.2 Further details are contained in the Part 2.

4.1. Paragraph 4.8 of the Scheme of Delegation and Consent requires the Deputy Mayor for Policing and Crime to approve the provision of policing services to external bodies were the contract value is £500,000 or above.
