I can confirm that your request has been handled under the Freedom of Information (FOI) Act 2000 and that MOPAC does hold some information relating to your request.

2014 – 1 – Sexual Assault – MOPAC forfeited pension at a level of 50% - appealed by officer - 40% after appeal.
