The SR’s report refers to a “Submission by the Victims’ Commissioner of the Greater London Authority”

1. Would you please provide a copy of this submission
2. Please advise whether the submission was approved or otherwise vetted / checked by the Foreign and Commonwealth Office (or if not, any other such authority, such as the Children’s Commissioner), before submission to the UNSRVAW.
