The site is located off Kennedy Avenue and is within the London Borough of Enfield. The site is surrounded by properties fronting Kennedy Avenue to the north and Woodcote Close to the east. There is a former public house to the southwest, whilst there is a stream known as Boundary Ditch to the southeast. The site is located approximately 0.4 miles to the west of Ponders End Train Station. The site comprises approximately 20 lockup garages.

We are seeking submissions subject to planning offers via informal tender. Proposed schemes are expected to be residential in nature. A long lease of 250 years will be granted over the site.

We understand from the Council that there is a preference for an element of affordable housing but they are open to other forms of tenure and mix.
