The Chase Collection at Trent Park - All homes are now fully reserved

Located on what once was a royal hunting ground, The Chase Collection at Trent Park in Enfield is now home to a beautiful collection of 1 bedroom Shared Ownership apartments in the charming north London triangle of Oakwood, Cockfosters and Hadley Wood.

The apartments are located within a secure gated community and surrounded by over 400 acres of natural parkland. You'll have idyllic walking and running paths, as well as a gym and swimming pool on your doorstep, with a wide range of local boutiques, shops, restaurants and cafes on the nearby Cockfosters High Street, plus an 18-hole golf course and equestrian centre within walking distance.

The M25 is less than a 15 minute drive, with King's Cross Station accessible in just 30 minutes from the nearby Oakwood Station.

Local area information

Where town meets country

Surrounded by nature, one of the beauties of living in Trent Park are the sights, sounds and the peace and quiet of the surrounding 413 acres of parkland. Most of it comprises ancient woodland and natural grassland dotted with lakes and ponds, not to mention several historic monuments. There really is so much to see and enjoy right on your doorstep.

Yet within walking distance of all this natural splendour are the boutiques, local shops, restaurants and cafes on Cockfosters High Street. Not to mention an 18-hole golf course, an equestrian centre, and other first-class sports facilities. Only a little further are some outstanding nursery, primary, secondary and independent prep schools.

Also easily reachable by foot is a tube station which will take you to Kings Cross in central London in only 26 minutes. By car, meanwhile, the M25 is just 14 minutes, with no fewer than three airports within 45 minutes' drive.
