Registering means you can save properties while searching on-the-go, check your eligibility for homes and book open day viewings.

We collect personal information when you register. This enables us to create and administer your Homes for Londoners account and identify suitable properties based on the information you provide.

Intermediate Market Rent with L&Q

Intermediate Market Rent (IMR) is scheme designated to help you save money by offering rents at 80% of a similar property on the open market. The savings you make on the discounted rent can then be used towards a deposit for your first home. With reduced monthly payments, you'll have more room to build up your savings towards a deposit for your first home.

To be eligible for in Intermediate Market Rent home, you must:

  • Have the right to rent - proven by possession of British/EU/EEA Citizenship or a valid UK residency visa
  • Be able to provide one month's rent in advance and five weeks' rent as a tenancy deposit
  • Meet the minimum income and affordability standards - this will depend on the price of the home you are interested in
  • The minimum income requirement for this property is £45,045
  • Minimum income requirements should be used as a guide and can vary depending on a household's circumstances and financial commitments

To rent an IMR home with us, you must not:

  • Already own a property or be in the process of buying.
  • Be able to afford a similar home on the open market.
  • Have a household income that exceeds £67,000.
  • Have an adverse rental history, for example, rent arrears or damage to a property.
  • Have a history of bankruptcy, defaults which include late payments, county court judgments (CCJs) or Individual Voluntary Agreements (IVAs).

Local area information

Greenwich

This apartment is located a short walk from Greenwich town centre with all its local amenities with an array of restaurants and local shops, market, art house cinema, the Royal Park, the Cutty Sark and Naval Museum. You can stroll down the Thames path into the Greenwich village or the O2 is located nearby and provides the ICON designer outlet, restaurants, cinema and regular entertainment activities.

Deptford Bridge DLR station is within a 5 minute walk as well as The Cutty Sark DLR is 0.7 miles away giving you easy links into East and Central London.

The North Greenwich Jubilee Line is also not too far away, giving great connections to central London with scheduled journey times of 2 minutes to Canary Wharf, 13 minutes to Westminster and 17 minutes to Bond to Canary Wharf provides access to further shops as well as access to the DLR and, in the future, the Elizabeth Line. The Thames Clipper offers a boat service into the City with various stops.   Access to North London is provided by the Blackwall Tunnel which is within 0.5 miles.
