What is Intermediate Market Rent (IMR)?

IMR is a government-backed scheme designed to make living in London more affordable. Eligible tenants can rent a new or refurbished home at around 80% of the typical market rate, helping you save towards a deposit and work towards home ownership.

Eligibility

To be eligible for one of these homes you must fit the following: 

• Have a household income of less than £67,000.
• Not own a home in the UK or abroad.
• Live and or work within Hammersmith and Fulham administrative area for at least the preceding 12 months.
• Be fully registered with H&F for a Homebuy home.

Please note: Customers must apply for a home through H&F HomeBuy System. Allocations to be determined based on customer preference and priority order as determined by the H&F Allocations policy. H&F will allocate in accordance to the policy and the final decision will be made by H&F.
