Safe Stadium projects demonstration event in Warsaw

Peter Boorman (Deputy Director of Emergency Preparedness, Resilience & Response for the National Health Service in London) represented CTPN at the Safe Stadium projects demonstration event.

This took place at the PGE Narodowy Stadium in Warsaw with a focus on Safe Stadium procedures that were concerned with supporting CBRN security of mass events. Find out more about the Safe Stadium project.

IMPETUS project

CTPN partnered in the delivery of the IMPETUS Project, a European Commission funded initiative focused on the Intelligent Management of Processes, Ethics and Technology for Urban Safety.

This explored the development of tools and technological solutions in support of urban security and included live exercises in the cities of Padova and Oslo. Visit IMPETUS to watch introductory videos and learn more.

Prosperes project

CTPN supported the launch of the Prosperes Project, a European Union funded initiative focused on Protection Systems for large gatherings of people in Religious Sites.

The project recognised that religious sites are considered to be vulnerable to attacks due to their accessibility and the fact that there are usually limited security measures applied. The project resulted in a range of materials and guidebooks that can be accessed online. 

ENGAGE project

CTPN supported the ENGAGE Project which sought to engage societies in risk awareness to enhance societal resilience. Watch a video about the ENGAGE Project to find out more.
