A New Deal for Young People
Young people are the future of our city. But we know that many of London’s most disadvantaged young people are unsure about what their future holds.
The Mayor’s New Deal for Young People is a programme that supports disadvantaged young Londoners find high quality mentoring. We're doing this by investing a record £34 million to increase the quality, quantity and sustainability of mentoring across London.
So far, we’ve helped over 100,000 young people access mentoring opportunities. Together with organisations across the city, we’re working to build a fairer, more prosperous London, where no-one is left behind.
