What actions did you take?

  • Inclusive vision and values at the heart of everything we do.
  • High expectations for all children to reach their full potential.
  • Love of reading culture alongside responsive phonics programme.
  • Talk for writing strengthens writing stamina.
  • CPA approach, mastery and fluency.
  • Enabling environment which promotes development of strong characteristics of learning.
  • Enhanced and continuous learning embedded across early years and KS1, principles spreading into KS2.
  • Cultural capital developed through relevant trips and experiences which inspire children to love learning.
  • Strong and knowledgeable Pastoral Team offering therapeutic support and learning mentoring.
  • Targeted SALT and SEND provision.
  • All staff including Learning Support Assistants and pastoral receive regular, high quality CPD.
