French info session: EU Settlement Scheme and the Grace Period

This online conference, held in French, is organised by Settled in collaboration with the Consulate General of France in London. It aims to clarify the procedures, and to clearly explain what actions must be taken before June 30, 2021 to be able to continue living in the UK legally, in particular:

  • the recent update of the system concerning the reunification of close family members of an EU / EEA national
  • the procedure to be followed to switch from pre-settled status to settled status
  • the rule of absences that holders of pre-settled status must meet in order to be able to apply for settled status.
