Who can register
All organisations that are at risk of losing their space can register. Each case is different, so the type and level of support we can provide depends on the circumstances.
We prioritise more in-depth support for spaces and organisations that meet the following criteria:
- most or all of your public-facing work is from a non-residential space in London – private houses are not considered
- your organisation is led by and serves communities historically excluded from using and securing space. This includes: Black, Asian and minority ethnic, children and young people, Deaf and disabled people, LBGTQ+, low-income, older people and women-led groups
- there is less of what the space offers in your area of London
- you have a turnover of less than £1million a year
- your space is well established in your local area
- your space is in an area with fewer cultural or community spaces.
Types of spaces we work with include arts centres, theatres, community centres, music venues, museums and other spaces valued by communities in London.
How to register
Please use our online form to register. There is no deadline – we accept registrations on a rolling basis.
The application is split into three sections:
- Your details – such as contact information and details about your space
- Your organisation details – what your group or business does and who it serves in your London area
- Your needs – what your space needs support with.
If you need support to complete the application form, please email [email protected]. We’re happy to talk about other ways for you to apply to our programme.
What happens next
We review all new registrations once a week. Once we’ve reviewed your registration, a member of the team will be in touch to explain the next steps.
We recognise that you may be in challenging circumstances, and while we ask that you allow 10 working days from submission, in most cases we will be in touch much more quickly.
Please look out for emails from [email protected] and check your spam folder as well.
