Women from the BAME communities are always under-represented across the creative industries. The purpose of this panel event is to allow young women to meet and hear from other women we love and admire.
The panellist will be sharing nuggets of knowledge, the power they hold within them, the importance of language, culture and identity and their FORM[YOU]LA for success.
This an exclusive experience created for 50 young BAME women only.
If you're a singer, songwriter, producer, want to work in events or PR, a stylist, manage musicians or work behind the scenes in the broadcast industry, this is for you.
The host will:
• Challenge, engage and inspire participants to set personal goals in order to realise their own objectives and ambitions
• Encourage character development, relationship building, community awareness through belonging and the behavioural patterns which can lead to success
• Advise participants on how to develop life skills including employability, interpersonal, communication and marketing
The event focuses on the creative as a person in the first instance and builds interpersonal strengths towards the development of self-confidence, encouraging appropriate behaviour, and ensuring the attendees take ownership of their development.
