Instrumental post-rock band MONO bring shoegaze guitar noise and orchestral arrangements to Robert Smith’s Meltdown, with support from cellist Jo Quail.
The Japanese four-piece Mono originally formed in Tokyo in 1999, and have now played in over 55 countries. Described by NME as ‘music for the Gods’, they are known for their grand post-rock symphonies that teem with crashing guitars and cinematic strings.
