Filling London’s green spaces with music, unamplified, outdoors, around a fire, Campfire Club is a unique path for discovering music and London’s hidden nature sanctuaries. From May to September, each week takes you on a worldwide musical journey through the city, with a series of carefully curated, unamplified concerts.
Having searched far and wide for those rare outdoor spaces where open campfires are allowed, as well as the perfect balance of nature and seclusion, there are nine carefully mapped sites across the city, covering the four corners, including; Bethnal Green, Bow, Shoreditch, Islington, Kings Cross, Queens Park, Stockwell, Peckham, and Brockley.
Join us for an evening of inventive and original music from an incredible all-female line-up, featuring Gwyneth Herbert and Noemie Ducimetiere.

The Nest Collective, founded by Mercury nominated artist Sam Lee, promotes world-renowned artists creating new music rooted in global movements, creating unique sonorous experiences connect communities with each other, with nature, with music, and with oral traditions, “tending the flame [of tradition], not worshipping the ashes” (Gustav Mahler).
About Gwyneth Herbert
Gwyneth Herbert is a strikingly original performer, award-winning composer and lyricist and versatile musical adventurer who continues to redefine and challenge expectations. Drawing on influences from the worlds of jazz, folk, contemporary classical music and storytelling, she works in collaboration with writers, musicians, directors, choreographers, visual artists, academics, clowns and young people to create a huge canon of genre-defying interdisciplinary work, as well as touring internationally and releasing six albums.
2018 sees the launch of her ambitious seventh album and live show 'Letters I Haven’t Written' which she describes as a musical, narrative and visual journey exploring the lost art of letter writing. Through blots of heartbreak, strokes of curiosity and scribbles of whimsy, Letters… unearths the emotional complexities of putting pen to paper, and, in a climate of status updates and limited characters, seeks to find a more meaningful dialogue with the world.
