A Month of Sundays until 11 September
A Month of Sundays returns! Enfield’s hugely popular summer festivals of music, performance, entertainment and street food, will return this year to five locations around the borough.
Brent
Brent Biennial - until 11 September
‘In the House of my Love’ looking at the many meanings of homemaking. Taking place in a cluster of locations in the south of the borough: Kilburn, Willesden and Harlesden, there’ll be 12 artists’ projects to explore over the summer plus a programme public programme of talks, workshops, screenings and family activities.

Royal Borough of Greenwich - until 11 September
Greenwich+Docklands International Festival
Free annual outdoor performing arts festival featuring world class theatre, dance and spectaculars, taking place across East and South East London.
East London
Hackney
Hackney Carnival - 11 September
Hackney Carnival, one of the nation’s most family-friendly carnival events, returns to the streets in 2022 with a parade of spectacular costumes, captivating rhythms and energetic dance.
Newham
10 years on from the London Olympic and Paralympic Games, Newham Unlocked Festival comes to town! We celebrate Newham’s unique culture, resilience, and creativity, creating spaces to encounter joy, community and the unexpected. For five Saturdays the festival will tour Newham with live performances, roller skating, cabaret, food, and workshops.
Charon - 1 to 10 September
The last rite of passage on the way to the afterlife. Monumental and mesmerising installation, 'Charon' is a gigantic 32ft high rotating zoetrope with posed human skeletons mounted on its inner edge, fully powered by you. Part of the Greenwich + Docklands Festival 2022.

Ealing
Brentford Festival - 4 September
Held on the first Sunday in September in Blondin Park, this popular event is free to enter and is a community engagement day for all the family – enjoy some sun in the park on the last weekend before the school term begins.
Central London
City of London
London's annual sculpture park that uses the urban realm as a rotating gallery space. Explore 20 artworks on display in the City of London’s financial district until spring 2023.
Tower Hamlets
In collaboration with Tower Hamlets Council, In the NBHD will include an eclectic mix of unmissable free activities for all ages, including an outdoor cinema, live music and entertainment, irresistible street food, craft beer fair, theatre, dance, sports & wellbeing workshops, family activities and so much more.
