Biyi Adepegba and Barbara Pukwana established Joyful Noise in January 1990 to present contemporary world black music. The 17th London African Music Festival will feature performances from Abdul and the Gang (Morroco), Fofoulah (Senegal/Gambia) Benjamin Zephaniah (UK/Jamaica).
