This summer, AkomaAsa Performing Arts Academy summer school offers masterclasses and workshops for 7-16-year olds. The programme includes a combination of dancing, acting, singing, arts and crafts, musical theatre, West African drumming and audition technique workshop, performance skills, snacks and refreshments, and an end of programme sharing. Free tickets to the performance show for one adult and one child is included.
The course is run over two weeks, from 8.30am - 4.30 pm Monday to Friday and 9.30am - 5.50pm on Saturday.
Week 1: 29 July- 3 August
Week 2: 5 -10 August.
Performance days: Saturday 3 August and Saturday 10 August.
