
Sam L Jacobs
Sam Jacobs is a qualified City of London guide and a specialist in the Jewish history of the City of London and Whitechapel and leads regular walks in the area. He has wriiten several books about London, and in the past he was a Jewish student and Jewish Labour leader in the UK and Europe. He is a graduate of Literature from Cambridge University. Sam has been in high tech for 40 years and is currently a trustee of two major UK charities on identity and integration. Sam is former chair of the Union of Jewish Students and currently represents the New North London synagogue on the Board of Deputies.
Sam loves to share the highways, byways and alleys of the city. On his walks he explores the key sights of the city, literary, historical background and of course some ancient pubs. Sam's walks are usually immersive with plenty of chances for everyone to get involved.
