Darren Johnson has written to the Chief Executive of the One Housing Group 'to strongly urge [him] to withdraw the “notice to quit” on residents living in two properties on Crescent Road in Kingston and Islington Park Street, and to re-engage in a respectful mediation process with the residents'.

His letter draws on work by the Housing Committee, during an investigation he chaired into estate regeneration, which provided a guide to working together with residents on decisions like demolitions and major refurbishment works. You can read the final report here.
