How do the Greater London Authority (GLA) and Places for London understand what social value is, and how do they ensure it is being delivered through their planning decisions?
As part of its investigation into social value in planning and regeneration, the London Assembly Planning and Regeneration Committee meets tomorrow to ask how it is defined, measured, and delivered for Londoners.
Guests will also be asked how local communities are engaged with ahead of new regeneration projects, and how social value will be addressed in the updated London Plan.

- Louise Duggan, Head of Regeneration and Growth Strategy, GLA
- Lisa Fairmaner, Head of London Plan Strategic Planning, GLA

The meeting will take place on Tuesday 26 November from 10am, in the Chamber at City Hall, Kamal Chunchie Way, E16 1ZE.
