Summary of request
Your request
I understand from a talk given by Greystar that they made representations about Build to Rent (BTR) in consultations on previous versions of The London Plan – probably the 2011 version but perhaps also 2016.
I have found online their more recent submissions for the latest
version of The Plan, e.g. Matter 29: M29 - Build to Rent but I gather that
several years earlier they made around 17 suggestions for modifications to the Plan to
make BTR more acceptable. It would be really helpful to see Greystar’s submissions
and the extent to which their proposals were adopted into the 2011 and/or 2016
versions of the Plan.
