Provide the ULEZ allowable emission parameter figures, in order that I can make empirical evidential comparison with my vehicle’s recent MOT pass emissions figures, in order that I can determine if vehicle is demonstrably emission non-compliant.
Our response
The ULEZ conformity standard for positive ignition (petrol) engines is that the vehicle does not emit more than 0.08g/km nitrogen oxides (NOx) on the type-approval type 1 test.
These emissions are measured at the time the vehicle is approved for sale in Europe. That level of NOx emission is equivalent to Euro 4.
