Information for artists

Liberty takes place every two years, delivered as part of London Borough of Culture. A different delivery partner has the opportunity to stage the festival in a different part of the city each time. In 2025, CRIPtic Arts presented the festival in Wandsworth.

In previous years, Drunken Chorus (Croydon 2023) and The Albany (Lewisham 2022) have delivered the festival.

Haringey will be home to the next Liberty Festival, in 2027.

A woman in a long white coat, blue turned up jeans, pale blue trainers with red tips, and a red and white striped top, stands with a blue walking stick towards the back of a room. She has short blond hair, dark framed glasses and red lipstick. The room is covered - walls and ceiling with newspaper. There is a soft stuffed mannequin sat in an armchair, also covered in newspaper, at the front right. They wear a pale green shirt and light trousers. In the back left is a pink tailor dummy with a teapot.
