Working with London's Schools
The Mayor’s volunteering scheme helps primary and secondary pupils to start their own volunteering projects. Thousands of young people have improved their school and communities by setting up projects on issues they care about such as food poverty, homelessness, bullying, connecting generations and the environment.
The London Enterprise Adviser Network is a free programme which helps to prepare young people for the world of work by connecting schools with businesses.
Enterprise Advisers, who are business volunteers working in senior roles, work with careers leads in schools to develop careers education and business engagement strategies. This ensures that young people are equipped with the skills they need.
