What will I be doing?
- Chat with our service users and be a friendly face at our communal dining sessions.
- Be a kind, attentive and patient listener for our service users.
- At times, play games, such as card games, with our service users.
- Support the service of FEAST lunches by plating and serving meals to our guests.
- Support the kitchen volunteers, when needed, to ensure that our meals are served on time and to the best standard.
- Help to tidy up after the service is finished.
What impact will this have?
- You will be supporting isolated and food-insecure individuals in the local community.
- You will be facilitating communal dining sessions to ensure vulnerable people have a warm space to access nutritious meals.
- You will be supporting FEAST with our goals to reduce food waste, improve nutrition and tackle isolation in the local community.

Commitment
- We ask for a commitment of 1-2 volunteering sessions per month. One volunteering session can be between 2-4 hours.
- You can choose when and where you volunteer based on your own availability!.
Expenses
- We do not reimburse volunteer expenses for this role
