Build motor skills, hand-eye and foot-eye coordination through carefully controlled games.

Teach and build discipline and confidence building to challenge them physically and mentally.

Create an environment that children and their families enjoy together, being outdoors and living a healthy and active lifestyle.

How we deliver these aims
As a club we abide by our values which underpin what we want to achieve. We are;
Energetic Imaginative Inclusive and Respectful.
Our coaches are out every Saturday to ensure we're helping children as much as they can to be confident and inspire future athletes.
We have many children that have come through to us at 2 years old, and at 7 years old have gone on to sign up for rugby clubs that have Under 8s rugby. And some have just become more confident and gone on to other sport.s More importantly, we see smiles at the end of every session and parents keep bringing their children back. So we believe we're making a difference.
Who benefits from our work
Children aged 2 - 7 years, local schools who we work with to provide free introductory classes.
