What will I be doing?

  • You will be based across various sites throughout Lambeth and you will assist the wider MYadvice team at drop-ins by meeting and greeting clients and assessing their immediate needs.
  • We assist with: Welfare benefits claims, Housing issues, Community care, Utilities etc.
  • During the drop-in session, you will need to evaluate whether any clients need to see an adviser. If the assessment shows that the client can be helped in a more appropriate manner, then the Triage Adviser will do so.
