You would support your mentee to gain work experience at one of our London markets, selling sourdough bread every weekend. You would also lead weekly 1:1 mentoring sessions, to help them develop professionally and personally.
Providing advice and support to guide, encourage and support participants to overcome barriers to employment and achieve realistic job goals. This will be mainly delivered remotely via phone, video conference and other digital channels in Centre based as required.

We are looking for volunteers with experience of working with young people and creating outdoors activities. You will be assisting the Scout Leader and local helpers to run safe and interesting activities for 11-14 year old girls and boys.
We offer two types of Mentoring schemes. 1. University Student Mentoring: This matches university students or recent graduates (within 1 year) with a young person (aged 10 -17) giving them the opportunity to receive one-to-one support for their academic attainment, social skills and future planning. 2. Corporate Mentoring: For professionals or retired professionals to be matched with a Year 13 student who is applying to university to support them with this process and with the transition to university.
