Volunteers would attend group digital support sessions and help learners to develop the basic skills needed to use smartphones, tablets and laptops, access online services, and engage with the digital world. Most support is delivered on a 1-to-1 basis, working with learners to identify specific questions and issues, demonstrating how to perform simple digital tasks, and helping to build their digital skills and confidence.
