Answering the phone and buzzing clients in when they arrive. Welcoming clients to the Centre, asking what help they need and responding appropriately e.g. booking appointments or signposting to external service. Assisting with the collection of mail.
We are looking to recruit an advice and information worker to provide our clients with group advice and information on various topics such as: universal tax credit, benefits, new laws and policies as well as help them with filling out related forms.
