Dealing as first point of contact with clients who are seeking help from Citizens Advice. Assessors deal with clients by telephone or face-to-face at one of our sites around the Borough. Assessors explore and define the client's issue(s), consult guidance, and then give information to the client, book an appointment for the client with a CAHF adviser or signpost/refer the client to specialist help elsewhere.
