You will be based across various sites throughout Lambeth and you will assist the wider MYadvice team at drop-ins by meeting and greeting clients and assessing their immediate needs.
As part of the SAIL project, we always follow up with our clients after four weeks to ensure they’ve received support and heard from any other services/ agencies we’ve referred them to.
We are looking at recruiting a small group of volunteers linked to the SAIL team who can support SAILors in undertaking practical tasks to help the client build momentum or to support clients attend the activities and events we signpost them to.
