A helping volunteer is the first face a suicidal person visiting The Listening Place will see. HVs are central to each shift by welcoming visitors as well as supporting the listening volunteers on shift.
At Touchpoint Service we want to help people to grow their independence and confidence to tackle the barriers they are facing, so we will always aim to do things with you as well as support you to do things yourself.
