Are you passionate about using your skills to help your community? Can you help us by cooking hot meals for people in need once or twice a month? . Our Cooking Volunteers are an essential part of our chain of help, cooking the food we receive to be delivered to the people in need. You don’t need to be a professional cook to join us, all cooking skills and levels are welcome! As we work with surplus food, creativity is 100% needed as we don’t know what food will be available until the day.

The Mentor role is to train and support these volunteers so that they can understand children's needs and help them acquire interest, confidence, skills, and a sense of achievement in maths. Success in this one area can improve a child's overall educational and life chances.
