Organisation aims / mission / values

  • Drop-in centre using surplus food to provide three-course lunches to vulnerable members of the local community.
  • Not just a community kitchen, we also provide therapeutic activities, washing facilities and training programmes for a mixture of homeless, elderly and mentally-ill guests.
  • With regular visits of guest chefs from some of London's top restaurants, we instill a sense of dignity back to our guests through offering them high-quality food and a restaurant-style service rarely found in traditional homeless shelters.

How we deliver these aims

We offer our guests a chance for respite from busy and often extremely stressful lives. For some this is enough, however for those who wish to engage we also offer training and therapeutic sessions to improve their situation - whatever it is.

Who benefits from our work

60% of our guests are homeless, but as a drop-in centre we see elderly guests, people with mental health issues, asylum seekers, domestic abuse victims, those suffering with addiction, and many more.
