Organisation aims / mission / values

  • QCCA's mission is to help the people of Gospel Oak area live the best lives possible whatever their ages. We support over 3000 people a year with our services for older people, young people and families.
  • Over 50% of our members are BAME and we have the second largest Bangladeshi community outside of Tower Hamlets. Because QCCA is in one of the most deprived areas are services are free or heavily subsidised.
  • QCCA Older People's Services has over 400 members and due to the Covid 19 situation and lockdowns, we have received funding for Post-covid recovery sessions to improve the over health and overall wellbeing of our older service users.

How we deliver these aims

We achieve are aims by listening to people to find out what their needs are, and empowering people to make decisions for themselves. We carry out regular monitoring and evaluation of our projects to ensure that they are meeting the requirements for both funders and service users.
