What impact will this have?

  • Demelza is different because we help with every element of life for a child with a terminal condition. We get to know each and every child, young person and family we work with to ensure they receive a care plan as unique as they are. Above all, Demelza could not achieve this high quality service without the volunteers who give their time, energy and dedication.
  • Over 1,000 volunteers give their time across all areas of the charity and we would be incredibly grateful for you to join our team of volunteers. Together with your support, we will be there to bring joy, fun and relaxation to the lives of every child and family that needs our help. Your time will be vital in helping children with terminal conditions and their families stay together for as long as they have, building memories that will last forever.
  • This particular role is working directly with the families supporting them with journeys such as to and from Medical Appointments, Demelza Events, and breaks away.
