Organisation aims / mission / values

  • Primarily to provide access to disadvantaged young people including ethnic minorities and those abandoning Universities. We are providing them the means to connect to businesses and source apprenticeships at all levels as well as learning about possibilities for pre- apprenticeship training.
  • Providing a platform that brings together Businesses to recruit and the many many support organisations now helping young people to access help, advice, mentoring, support, direction, face to face encouragement and feedback as they search for a path and try to plot their futures.
  • Giving parents and trainers the opportunity to access information about opportunities and help available for children so they themselves can be equipped to steer and support them into the right subjects required to achieve the careers they want.
  • Giving young people the chance to show their potential to employers who will provide a challenge. The challenge will be a job specification, requiring certain types of skills that are not necessarily academic. The outcome of which could lead to an interview or a future apprenticeship placement.
