Organisation aims / mission / values

  • To empower BAMER women in the Kensington and Chelsea area in West London.
  • We have a focus on empowering women through employment courses, training, and development of skills, and signposting to relevant services.
  • We are also aiming to create a peer empowerment culture at the charity to encourage women to empower one another and involve themselves in this community-based charity.

How we deliver these aims

We achieve our aims through tailored workshops on stress management, CV writing, and employability, advice sessions, one-to-one therapy sessions, group therapy sessions, art therapy, and much more. These workshops, classes, and support sessions contribute to the mental and emotional well-being of BAMER women in the area and work to empower them to lead independent lives.

Who benefits from our work

BAMER women, primarily those affected directly by the Grenfell Tower Disaster.
