How we deliver these aims

We have the opportunity to replicate our activities and learning from our past strategies which have enabled us to sharpen our core capabilities: • Developing sites with social purpose • Project management of schemes • High standards of excellence and quality • Engaging with young people • Challenging issues of social injustice as disruptors and inspirers • Promoting social cohesion • Engaging with the regional, national and international YMCA

Who benefits from our work

We specifically focus out work on young people from 12 to 25 years of age, especially those who find themselves vulnerable or homeless. Our work then benefits their families and the wider community within which these young people go on to make a valid contribution to.
