Organisation aims / mission / values
-
We are a social enterprise that teaches the basic life skills of cooking and sustainable healthy independent living.
-
Through our classes and workshops we demonstrate that home cooking can be simple and easy to do with rewarding results, as well as being affordable and healthy.
-
We aim to give people the skills, knowledge and confidence to cook from scratch so that they are well equipped to feed themselves and their families.
-
By working with groups of children and families we show how food brings people together and that it is a positive social experience.
-
We aim to tackle social isolation by engaging with communities through the medium of food.
-
We educate the next generation on how to live healthy and how they can make easy changes in their everyday lives.
