How we deliver these aims

In supporting health & wellbeing of our community, to help individuals balance their personal and professional lives effectively, we have run quarterly events, which has impacted more than 200 people, to feel empowered and inspired to live, do & be the best they can for themselves then, pay that forward on to others (should they have the capacity to do so). Through our event and workshops, we have in been able to gain sponsorship from a host of different companies and brands to support the community we serve. We looking to continue employment support through another aspect by providing a comprehensive upskilling education-based programme for opportunities to break into the creative industry sector.

Who benefits from our work

With one in six employees have poor health & work-related stresses, this national statistic is shocking. As a social enterprise, we are doing something about it by supporting the health & welfare of individuals in and for employment (ages 18+). Our London based events are open and inclusive for all. As such as organisation, we take safeguarding & our codes of conduct seriously to ensure we inhabit a safe environment that natures & uplifts. To make our events or workshops accessible, we either provided free of charge or for a nominal fee for tickets. The basis for this is to allow for better social mobility among those from a disadvantaged background with the same opportunities to socialise and network at our beneficial events. As an inclusive organisation, we value diversity and differences in perspective; as a result, we use the feedback provided by our stakeholder, into the planning of our upcoming workshops & events.
