Demolition of the existing retail warehouse and erection of three buildings ranging from seven to fifteen storeys in height to provide a mixed use scheme comprising 348 residential units, 597 sq.m. retail floorspace, 164 sq.m. community use and 1,647 sq.m. studio/offices, with associated cycle parking spaces and 89 car parking spaces, play space, landscaping and public realm improvements (including contribution towards the new entrance to Wandsworth Town Station).
